At LotCharm Oracle, we operate under a philosophy of "Digital Solitude." We believe that spiritual reflection requires privacy. Therefore, we have designed our systems to be as amnesic as possible. We do not want your data, we do not store your secrets, and we do not track your destiny.

Our website is built as a Static Web Application. This means that all the logic for our Tarot readings and Crystal Ball divinations runs locally on your device (Client-Side).

• We do not have a backend database.
• We do not have user accounts or login systems.
• We do not transmit your questions or results to any server.

2. Data Collection (or lack thereof)

Personal Information: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, or IP addresses.

Usage Data: We do not use analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to track your behavior on our site. Your journey through the Oracle is unobserved.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

Cookies: We do not set any tracking or advertising cookies.

Local Storage: In some instances, we may use your browser's "Local Storage" to temporarily save the state of a card flip or a visual preference (like sound on/off) to improve your immediate experience. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us.

4. Third-Party Services

To provide a fast and beautiful experience, we utilize Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) for our styles and scripts:

• TailwindCSS / jQuery / FontAwesome: These libraries are loaded from public CDNs. These providers may collect basic technical data (like IP addresses for security logging) when your browser requests these files. This is standard internet infrastructure behavior and is outside our direct control.

5. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

Although we are a global site, we respect the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Since we do not collect personal data, we are compliant by default. You do not need to "opt-out" of data sales because we have no data to sell.
